The intention of my blog is to provide business insights based on my personal experience and opinion. I am a management consultant who has experience working in the public as well as private sectors. As a matter of fact, I am even a military veteran who spent a bunch of time in the United States Army. My philosophies on business and leadership are a byproduct of my education which includes a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering as well as an M.B.A. from a top 25 business school in the United States, as well as my work in various organizations across the US including companies ranging from 50 employees to Fortune 500 companies with over 13000 employees. My solid upbringing also has a major contribution to my world view.

I am passionate about businesses that churn out superior financial performance while staying ethical as well as socially and environmentally responsible. I refuse the ideology that a business is solely answerable to its shareholders and think of every business as a social entity which means it has responsibilities towards not only its shareholders but also to its customers, partners, community and the environment that it operates in.

Early on, I hope to write about courses I took in my business school journey and the lessons that I took out of the various cases I studied. Once I condense most of my business school experience, I hope to continue posting my opinions and experiences so that readers can benefit from them.

I’ve realized that life is too short to have all the experiences yourself. Hence I am writing down mine so that someone can learn from them what they want.
